Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3912","heading":"Commingling of certain funds prohibited - Separate","body":"accounting of funds - Uses of certain income of certain school\n\ndistricts limited.\n\n(a) Neither the ad valorem funds received by a local school\n\ndistrict which operates an institution of higher education nor the\n\nad valorem funds received by a technical area school district shall\n\nbe mingled with the funds of any institution of higher education.\n\n(b) The board of education of a school district which, acting\n\nas a board of trustees, governs an institution of higher education\n\nshall state the assets, liabilities, income and expenditures of the\n\ninstitution as an entity distinct from the local school district.\n\nThe income of the school district shall not be used for any purpose\n\nother than the education of the residents of the district.\n\n(c) The board of trustees of a technical area school district\n\noperated in accordance with Section 4423 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes shall state the assets, liabilities, income, and\n\nexpenditures of the district as an entity distinct from the\n\ninstitution of higher education which the members of the board of\n\ntrustees, acting as the board of regents of the institution, also\n\ngovern.
