Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3951","heading":"Trustees - Fund principal - Income or investment return -","body":"Administrative expenses.\n\nA. There is hereby created a trust fund to be known as the\n\n\"Oklahoma State Regents' Endowment Trust Fund\". The Oklahoma State\n\nRegents for Higher Education shall be the trustees of the Trust\n\nFund.\n\nB. The State Regents shall utilize the Trust Fund to implement\n\nthe provisions of Section 3952 of this title.\n\nC. The Trust Fund principal shall consist of monies the\n\nLegislature appropriates or transfers to the Oklahoma State Regents\n\nfor Higher Education for the Trust Fund, the proceeds of any\n\nobligations issued pursuant to Section 4019 of this title and any\n\nmonies or assets contributed to the Trust Fund from any other\n\nsource, public or private. In making investments, the State Regents\n\nshall exercise the judgment and care, under circumstances then\n\nprevailing, which persons of prudence, discretion and intelligence\n\nexercise in the management of their own affairs, not for\n\nspeculation, but with regard to the permanent disposition of their\n\nfunds, considering the probable safety of their capital as well as\n\nthe probable income to be derived.\n\nD. Notwithstanding other provisions of law, income and\n\ninvestment return on Trust Fund principal shall accrue to the Trust\n\nFund for use as provided by authorization of the trustees for the\n\npurposes provided in Section 3951 et seq. of this title.
