Each authorized issuer and each institution within The\n\nOklahoma State System of Higher Education that receives proceeds\n\nfrom the sale of any obligations issued pursuant to the Oklahoma\n\nHigher Education Promise of Excellence Act of 2005 shall issue\n\nfinancial statements audited by an independent certified public\n\naccountant within one hundred twenty (120) days after the close of\n\nthe fiscal year.\n\nB.
