Stat. tit. 70, § 70-4002.1","heading":"Legislative approval of bond issue","body":"Legislative approval expressed by concurrent resolution, except\n\nas provided by Section 121, Chapter 189, O.S.L. 1993, shall be\n\nrequired prior to commencing any action in anticipation of issuance\n\nby a Board of Regents of revenue bonds authorized by Section 4002 of\n\nTitle 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes or any other bonds authorized by\n\nlaw to be issued by such Boards.
