Stat. tit. 70, § 70-4006","heading":"Disposition of proceeds of bonds - Contracts - Warrants","body":"The proceeds derived from the sale of the bonds herein\n\nauthorized shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of\n\nthe board and kept in a separate fund and used solely for the\n\npurpose for which the bonds are authorized. The board is authorized\n\nto make all contracts and execute all instruments which in its\n\ndiscretion may be deemed necessary or advisable to provide for the\n\nconstruction, furnishing, and equipment of the building, and the\n\nState Treasurer is hereby directed and authorized to issue warrants\n\nagainst such funds for such amounts as he may from time to time find\n\nto be due upon audited itemized estimates and claims which bear the\n\napproval of the officials designated by the board for such purpose.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"c02555d774be1cd7787a2b7accf227dfee5a7e2797c9c63a9c612174c94deeef","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-4005","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-4007"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
