Stat. tit. 70, § 70-4201","heading":"Establishment - Programs - Admission of nonresidents","body":"The Board of Education of any school district in this State may\n\nprovide educational facilities and programs above the twelfth grade\n\nin an institution to be known as a Municipal Junior College.\n\nPrograms offered may include, but shall not be limited to,\n\nvocational and adult education courses.
