Stat. tit. 70, § 70-4303","heading":"Transfer of money in special funds created under prior","body":"laws.\n\nUnless otherwise provided herein, monies in any special fund\n\ncreated by or established pursuant to any law or part of a law\n\nrepealed by this act shall be transferred, at the direction of the\n\nState Regents, to a similar fund created or established pursuant to\n\nthe provisions of this act.
