Stat. tit. 70, § 70-4315","heading":"Cause of action against third parties","body":"Any public or private institution of higher education that is a\n\nmember of a governing authority shall have a cause of action against\n\na third party who engages or conspires with another to engage in\n\nconduct in violation of the rules of the governing authority that\n\ncauses the educational institution to incur sanctions by the\n\ngoverning authority or other economic penalties or losses.
