Stat. tit. 70, § 70-4412","heading":"State aid for building purposes","body":"The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education shall have\n\nauthority to allocate state aid to community junior colleges meeting\n\nthe standards and criteria for accreditation by the State Regents,\n\nfor capital improvements purposes from funds appropriated by the\n\nState Legislature for this purpose, provided that a long-range\n\ncomprehensive plan for the campus development of the junior college\n\nhas been prepared by the institution and approved by the State\n\nRegents. After approval of the plan the State Regents may allocate\n\nfrom any funds available for such purpose not more than forty\n\npercent (40%) of the estimated cost of proposed construction of\n\nbuildings and other capital improvements, provided that the\n\ninstitution shall have furnished assurance to the State Regents that\n\nthe remaining sixty percent (60%) of the estimated cost of the\n\nconstruction project will be provided in the form of federal and/or\n\nlocal funds.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"2eafc6dbdb0ad8038e1ad9aee065a76177ac1de9fb8f6b1153b78d7946a05c1b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-4411","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-4413"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
