Stat. tit. 70, § 70-4416","heading":"Validation of organization of certain area school","body":"districts and bonds and tax levies.\n\nAny such community heretofore declared to be an area school\n\ndistrict is hereby validated and confirmed as a duly established\n\narea school district for the purpose of Section 9B, Article X,\n\nOklahoma Constitution, and shall have the powers specified in\n\nSection 1 of Chapter 278, Oklahoma Session Laws 1968 (70\n\nO.S.Supp.1968, Sec. 4410).
