The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education shall make\n\nresident college credit courses and programs available to the people\n\nof Sallisaw.\n\nB. The State Regents for Higher Education shall provide classes\n\nand programs through a branch of Carl Albert State College, which\n\nshall be established and located in Sallisaw. The branch campus of\n\nCarl Albert State College shall be governed by the Board of Regents\n\nof Carl Albert State College and administered through Carl Albert\n\nState College. The Board of Regents of Carl Albert State College\n\nmay provide resources to the branch campus of Carl Albert State\n\nCollege to maintain its facilities in accordance with its function\n\nand mission as provided by law.
