The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education are\n\nauthorized to accept from McCurtain County the property used for\n\naccommodating the McCurtain County Higher Education Program located\n\nnear Idabel and known as the E. T. Dunlap Higher Education Center,\n\nincluding the land, buildings, equipment and other appurtenances.\n\nThe facility shall be accepted on behalf of the State of Oklahoma\n\nand it together with the higher education program operated therein\n\nshall become an integral part of The Oklahoma State System of Higher\n\nEducation and shall continue to be maintained and operated for the\n\npurpose and in the same manner as at present.\n\nB. The Board of Regents of Oklahoma Colleges are authorized to\n\naccept from the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education all\n\nproperty acquired by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education\n\npursuant to subsection A of this section.
