Stat. tit. 70, § 70-4517","heading":"Salary schedule","body":"\n\nThe board of education of any school district operating the\n\ncontinuous school program pursuant to this act shall prescribe a\n\nseparate salary schedule for the employees of the district who are\n\nemployed at any school maintaining the continuous school program\n\npursuant to this act, and who, because of such employment, will be\n\nengaged in rendering services for the district for a greater number\n\nof total days during the academic year than would be the case for a\n\nregular academic year.\n\nEach school district maintaining a continuous school program in\n\nany school within the district pursuant to this act shall be\n\nentitled to receive the same support, but not more support, from the\n\nState Board of Education due to the average daily attendance at such\n\nschool than it would have received if the school had been operating\n\nunder the provisions of law relating to the regular school year as\n\nprovided in Section 18-109 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nState aid shall not be increased to any district operating on a\n\ncontinuous school program; there shall be paid no amount greater\n\nthan said district would have received if it were operating on a\n\nregular school year.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"4ebdaea70eea6bb9c1afbb1d9fbdf74a885d24b3a96508c642c771ffde0aab88","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-4516","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-4518"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
