Stat. tit. 70, § 70-4661","heading":"Higher education in Tulsa - Legislative findings","body":"The Legislature finds that a structured, coherent system of\n\nhigher education in the Tulsa metropolitan area offering a whole\n\nrange of higher education courses for lower and upper division\n\nundergraduate students, traditional and nontraditional students, and\n\ngraduate students would be of great benefit. The Legislature also\n\nfinds that the existing resources can be reconfigured and maximized\n\nto offer the citizens of the Tulsa metropolitan area high quality\n\nhigher education opportunities at a minimum cost to the State of\n\nOklahoma.
