On January 1, 1999, there shall be established as a\n\nsuccessor to Rogers University in Tulsa a branch institution of\n\nOklahoma State University which shall be known as Oklahoma State\n\nUniversity-Tulsa and shall offer undergraduate courses and\n\nbaccalaureate degree programs as the Oklahoma State Regents of\n\nHigher Education shall determine are appropriate. No later than\n\nJuly 1, 2001, the Board of Regents for the Oklahoma Agricultural and\n\nMechanical Colleges, in cooperation with the State Regents, shall\n\nhave developed and implemented programs leading to baccalaureate\n\ndegrees that can be earned at Oklahoma State University-Tulsa.\n\nB. Beginning with the 2001 - 2002 academic year, degrees earned\n\nat Oklahoma State University-Tulsa shall be designated as awarded by\n\nthe Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education acting through\n\nOklahoma State University; provided that dual degree programs may be\n\noffered at Oklahoma State University-Tulsa and dual degrees may be\n\nawarded through Oklahoma State University and other institutions.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"ef117072496e34fbd904fae1779f292c01d470ef41474e3d6edea37dba4f5393","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-4661","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-4663"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
