The governance, supervision, management and control of\n\nRogers State University is hereby transferred from the Board of\n\nRegents of Oklahoma Colleges to the Board of Regents of the\n\nUniversity of Oklahoma, Cameron University and Rogers State\n\nUniversity. All property, assets, and obligations of Rogers State\n\nUniversity and any and all obligations of the Board of Regents of\n\nOklahoma Colleges for and on behalf of Rogers State University are\n\nhereby transferred to the Board of Regents of the University of\n\nOklahoma, Cameron University and Rogers State University.\n\nB. Obligations for tenure or retirement of employees of Rogers\n\nState University, either through Rogers State University or the\n\nBoard of Regents of Oklahoma Colleges, shall be assumed by the Board\n\nof Regents of the University of Oklahoma, Cameron University, and\n\nRogers State University. For the employees of Rogers State\n\nUniversity who were employed by Rogers State University on or after\n\nJanuary 1, 1999, and who were participants in the Supplemental\n\nRetirement Plan for the Board of Regents of Oklahoma Colleges at the\n\ntime of their employment by Rogers State University, the Board of\n\nRegents of the University of Oklahoma, Cameron University, and\n\nRogers State University shall assume or provide a reasonable\n\nsubstitute for the Supplemental Retirement Plan for the Board of\n\nRegents of Oklahoma Colleges in accordance with applicable rules and\n\nregulations of the Internal Revenue Service or other governmental\n\nagencies.
