Stat. tit. 70, § 70-4670","heading":"Dissolution of Board of Regents of Rogers University","body":"On January 1, 1999, the entity known as the Board of Regents of\n\nRogers University, created by Section 4651 of this title, shall be\n\ndissolved. No later than December 31, 1998, the Board of Regents of\n\nRogers University shall determine how the property of Rogers\n\nUniversity shall be divided, subject to the limitations provided in\n\nthis section. The property and assets of Rogers University which\n\nhave accrued from the beneficial interests running to Rogers\n\nUniversity from the public trust created by the University Center at\n\nTulsa Authority and the beneficial interests running to Rogers\n\nUniversity from the foundation created for the benefit of Rogers\n\nUniversity/Tulsa, shall be transferred to Oklahoma State\n\nUniversity/Tulsa, contingent upon approval of the Authority and the\n\nfoundation. The beneficial interests running to Rogers University\n\nfrom the foundation created for the benefit of Rogers\n\nUniversity/Claremore shall be transferred to Rogers State\n\nUniversity, contingent upon approval of the foundation. The assets\n\nand obligations of Rogers University shall be divided between\n\nOklahoma State University/Tulsa and Rogers State University with the\n\nassets that belonged to Rogers State College prior to June 30, 1996,\n\nbeing transferred to Rogers State University and the assets that\n\nbelonged to University Center at Tulsa being transferred to Oklahoma\n\nState University/Tulsa. The Board of Regents of Rogers University\n\nshall determine how the assets acquired since May 30, 1996, shall be\n\ndivided between the two institutions.
