Stat. tit. 70, § 70-4672","heading":"Rogers University/Tulsa - Coordination of student","body":"services.\n\nThe Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education shall\n\nimmediately establish policies and procedures requiring institutions\n\nthat offer courses through Rogers University/Tulsa to cooperate in\n\nsharing information to implement a seamless system of student\n\nservices at Rogers University/Tulsa consistent with federal law and\n\naccreditation standards. There shall be a single site on the Rogers\n\nUniversity campus in Tulsa where students shall have access to\n\nstudent services. Student services shall include but not be limited\n\nto registration, student records, faculty advisement, scholarship\n\ninformation, and financial aid. The system of services for students\n\nshall provide an efficient interface among the different\n\ninstitutions offering courses and programs.\n\nConsistent with federal law and accreditation standards, the\n\nBoard of Regents of Rogers University shall have the power to access\n\nstudent records for students who take or have taken courses through\n\na contractual arrangement between Rogers University and any other\n\nhigher education institution. As part of any contract with a\n\nproviding institution, Rogers University and students at Rogers\n\nUniversity must be able to obtain immediate information related to\n\nstudent records, scholarships, financial aid, and other student\n\nservices for Rogers University students.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"99d24a06fed74ecf884b49a1a316184c01aa667afab940fb6ef9e05985509fcb","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-4671","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-4673"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
