The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education shall\n\nestablish the University of Oklahoma/Oklahoma State University\n\nGraduate Center at Tulsa (OU/OSU Graduate Center at Tulsa). The\n\nCenter shall be directly funded by the Oklahoma State Regents for\n\nHigher Education and the Center shall be subject to its direction\n\nfor final approval of programs and courses of study. There shall be\n\na joint admissions committee composed of five faculty members\n\nappointed by the University of Oklahoma and five faculty members\n\nappointed by Oklahoma State University. The president of the\n\nUniversity of Oklahoma shall serve as chair and the president of\n\nOklahoma State University shall serve as vice-chair for the first\n\nyear of operation of the Center. After one year the positions of\n\nchair and vice-chair shall rotate annually between presidents of the\n\ntwo institutions. The chair shall appoint the provost with the\n\napproval of the vice-chair.\n\nB. The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education shall\n\nappropriate funds to the University of Oklahoma for the operation of\n\nthe programs of the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and\n\nfor the programs designated by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher\n\nEducation to be offered in Tulsa by the College. These programs\n\nshall be under the operational control of the University of\n\nOklahoma.\n\nC. The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education shall\n\nappropriate funds to Oklahoma State University for the operation of\n\nthe Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and\n\nfor any programs designated by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher\n\nEducation to be offered in Tulsa by the College. These programs\n\nshall be under the operational control of Oklahoma State University.\n\nD. A joint consortium for research shall be established as a\n\npart of the OU/OSU Graduate Center at Tulsa.\n\nE.
