The Legislature requests a report from the State Regents for\n\nHigher Education by Febuary 1, 1988, on the precollegiate\n\ncompensatory courses and the expenditures related to such courses,\n\nauthorized pursuant to this section.\n\nB. When monies are made available, a fund shall be established\n\nin the office of the State Regents for Higher Education for the\n\npurpose of funding and offering precollegiate courses, over and\n\nabove those offered for credit at the current institution which the\n\nstudent is attending. Such courses shall be offered to compensate\n\nfor courses not offered previously to high school students. A fund\n\nshall be established at the State Department of Education for the\n\npurpose of funding and offering precollegiate courses, to be\n\ncoordinated with the State Regents for Higher Education, according\n\nto priorities established by the State Regents for Higher Education\n\nas recommendations or requirements.\n\nC.
