Stat. tit. 70, § 70-4707","heading":"Comprehensive examination for graduates","body":"The Oklahoma Legislature believes that any student who graduates\n\nfrom any institution of higher education in The Oklahoma State\n\nSystem of Higher Education should have a demonstrable knowledge of\n\nbasic courses: English composition and comprehension and\n\nmathematics. It is therefore the intent of the Legislature that,\n\nprior to enrollment in upper division classes, each student shall\n\ndemonstrate satisfactory achievement by passing a comprehensive\n\nexamination.
