Stat. tit. 70, § 70-5-106A","heading":"Employment contracts with more than one school","body":"district.\n\nA superintendent, administrator, teacher, or person providing\n\nsupport services may contract with more than one school district to\n\nserve as superintendent, administrator, or teacher, as appropriately\n\nqualified, or to provide support services for each contracting\n\ndistrict. The contract may be mutual with all the districts as\n\nparties, or the contracts may be separate; provided, that a\n\nsuperintendent, administrator, teacher, or person providing support\n\nservices may not enter into contracts with more than one school\n\ndistrict without the assent and knowledge of all the school\n\ndistricts with which they are contracting. The districts who\n\ncontract either mutually or separately with a superintendent,\n\nadministrator, or teacher, or with a person to provide support\n\nservices may enter into agreements upon such terms and conditions as\n\nthe parties may agree and may include terms related to the division\n\nof payments for items including, but not limited to, payment of\n\nbenefits or travel for the superintendent, administrator, teacher,\n\nor person providing support services.
