Any board of education for a school district may require\n\neach bidder for a school district contract for supplies, equipment\n\nor materials to provide information as to the manufacturer and\n\ncountry of origin of any supplies, equipment or materials for the\n\nschool district as specified by labels attached to the supplies,\n\nequipment or materials where such identification is required by\n\nfederal or state law.\n\nB. Any school district contract for the purchase of supplies,\n\nequipment or materials may require the contractor to obtain from all\n\nof his subcontractors information as to the manufacturer and country\n\nor countries of origin of any such supplies, equipment or materials\n\nprovided to the school district as specified by labels attached to\n\nthe supplies, equipment or materials where such identification is\n\nrequired by federal or state law.\n\nC. The provisions of this section shall not apply to:\n\n1. Component parts or accessories; or\n\n2.
