The State Board of Education shall not require school\n\ndistricts to submit a written paper copy of any documents that are\n\nfiled electronically with the Board in a format that is compatible\n\nwith the State Department of Education computer system.\n\nAny correspondence between the State Department of Education and a\n\nschool district concerning an electronically filed report, plan or\n\ngrant, may also be conducted by electronic transmission. If a\n\nsignature is required on any electronically filed document, a\n\nfacsimile signature shall be submitted with the document.\n\nB.
