Stat. tit. 70, § 70-5-129.1","heading":"Funds exempted from provisions of Section 5-129 of","body":"this title.\n\nThose funds which are collected by programs for student\n\nachievement and by parent-teacher associations and organizations\n\nthat are sanctioned by the school district board of education shall\n\nbe exempt from the provisions as outlined in Section 5-129 of this\n\ntitle. Each school district board of education shall adopt policies\n\nproviding guidelines for the sanctioning of organizations and\n\nassociations exempted or applying to be exempted pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of this section.
