Stat. tit. 70, § 70-5-129.2","heading":"Separate accounts - Disbursements - Approval by boards","body":"of education - Transfer of funds.\n\nA. In conformance with any other law providing procedures for\n\nthe deposit of such funds, area school districts shall be authorized\n\nto establish separate accounts for deposits received for live work,\n\nresale items, student financial aid, tuitions and other fees. Such\n\nfunds shall be deposited to the credit of the account maintained for\n\nthat particular purpose. Disbursements from each account shall be\n\nby check countersigned by the custodian of the account and shall not\n\nbe used for any purpose other than that for which the account was\n\noriginally created.\n\nB. The board of education of the technology center school\n\ndistrict, at the beginning of each fiscal year and as needed during\n\neach fiscal year, shall approve all accounts created pursuant to\n\nthis section and all purposes for which the monies collected in each\n\naccount may be expended.
