Stat. tit. 70, § 70-5-131","heading":"Educational courses - Buildings and equipment","body":"The board of education of every school district in this state is\n\nhereby authorized to provide educational courses for all persons and\n\nsaid board is authorized to provide necessary buildings, equipment,\n\nand other facilities for such persons. Such educational courses may\n\ninclude grades one to twelve, inclusive, for persons between the\n\nages of six (6) and twenty-one (21) years and may also include\n\nnursery and kindergarten classes, junior college grades, vocational\n\nand technical instruction, adult and part-time classes and other\n\nspecial classes. The curricula and qualifications of teachers shall\n\nbe determined by the State Board of Education except as otherwise\n\nprovided herein.
