Stat. tit. 70, § 70-5-131.1","heading":"Sewage disposal systems","body":"The board of education of any school district, which by reason\n\nof its location is unable to secure service from a municipally owned\n\nsewer system, is hereby authorized to design, construct, own and\n\noperate a sewage disposal system of such type and size as will be\n\nbest suited to the needs of the particular school district.
