Stat. tit. 70, § 70-5-132.1","heading":"Certain persons 21 years of age or older may be","body":"allowed to complete high school.\n\nA. Any person other than those persons provided for in Section\n\n5-132 of this title, who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older\n\nand who has not completed the requirements for a high school diploma\n\nor General Education Development (GED) requirements, upon proper\n\napplication to an independent school district may be given the\n\nopportunity to complete the requirements for and receive a regular\n\nhigh school diploma.\n\nB. The school district or technology center school district in\n\nwhich such person resides may give the person the option of\n\nattending regular classes if class size restrictions are not\n\nviolated, or of participating in other programs which may be\n\nprovided pursuant to provisions of the Oklahoma Statutes or rules\n\npromulgated by the State Board of Education or State Board of Career\n\nand Technology Education. Provided, however, that the school\n\ndistrict may deny admittance of persons over twenty-one (21) years\n\nof age to its classes.\n\nC. The school district or technology center school district may\n\ncharge such person an amount of tuition not to exceed the average\n\nexpenditure per pupil of the district for the preceding school year.\n\nThe tuition may be prorated by the number of contact hours for which\n\nthe person is enrolled.\n\nD.
