Stat. tit. 70, § 70-5-141.3","heading":"Teacher Incentive Pay programs approved prior to","body":"implementation - Partial reimbursement.\n\nTeacher Incentive Pay programs that have been approved by the\n\nState Board of Education prior to implementation and have been\n\nevaluated by the State Board of Education to have successfully\n\ncompleted the year according to the approved district plan shall be\n\neligible for partial reimbursement of incentive pay awards from the\n\nfunds appropriated for Teacher Incentive Pilot Programs. Such state\n\nreimbursements shall not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the amount\n\nawarded to any teacher not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00),\n\nwhichever is less. Such reimbursements shall not be provided to\n\nmore than fifty percent (50%) of the certified instructional staff\n\nof a school district.
