Stat. tit. 70, § 70-5-146.1","heading":"School employees - Notification of suspected gang","body":"activity.\n\nA. Any school employee, as defined by subsection A of Section\n\n650.7 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, who has reason to\n\nbelieve that a child under the age of eighteen (18) years is\n\ninvolved in gang activity shall notify the person designated by the\n\nschool district. Upon receiving such report, the person designated\n\nby the school district may report the matter to the nearest local\n\nlaw enforcement agency. The report may be made by telephone, in\n\nwriting, personally or by any other method prescribed by the school\n\ndistrict.\n\nB.
