Stat. tit. 70, § 70-5-148.3","heading":"Risk and vulnerability assessments for school","body":"districts.\n\nA. Except as provided for in subsection B of this section, by\n\nJuly 1, 2026, each school district in this state shall undergo a\n\nrisk and vulnerability assessment conducted by the Oklahoma School\n\nSecurity Institute or a nationally qualified risk and vulnerability\n\nassessor. The assessment shall include recommendations to increase\n\nsecurity on school district property.\n\nB. A school district that completed a risk and vulnerability\n\nassessment conducted by the Oklahoma School Security Institute or a\n\nnationally qualified risk and vulnerability assessor in the two (2)\n\nyears prior to the effective date of this act shall be exempt from\n\nthe provisions of subsection A of this section.\n\nC.
