Each school district board of education in this state shall\n\nadopt a policy allowing a school district employee who is lactating\n\nreasonable paid break time each day to use a designated lactation\n\nroom for the purpose of maintaining milk supply and comfort. The\n\nbreak time may run concurrently with any break time, paid or unpaid,\n\nalready provided to the employee.\n\nB.
