Stat. tit. 70, § 70-509.8","heading":"Strikes illegal","body":"The procedure provided for herein for resolving impasses shall\n\nbe the exclusive recourse of the organization. It shall be illegal\n\nfor the organization to strike or threaten to strike as a means of\n\nresolving differences with the board of education. Any member of an\n\norganization engaging in a strike shall be denied the full amount of\n\nhis wages during the period of such violation.
