Stat. tit. 70, § 70-6-101.11","heading":"Copy of evaluation to person evaluated - Disclosure","body":"at hearings - Confidentiality.\n\nWhenever any evaluation is made of a teacher or administrator, a\n\ntrue copy of the evaluation shall be presented to the person\n\nevaluated, who shall acknowledge the written evaluation by signing\n\nthe original. Within two (2) weeks after the evaluation, the person\n\nevaluated may respond and said response shall be made part of the\n\nrecord. Except by order of a court of competent jurisdiction,\n\nevaluation documents and the responses thereto shall be available\n\nonly to the evaluated person, the board of education, the\n\nadministrative staff making the evaluation, the board and\n\nadministrative staff of any school to which such evaluated person\n\napplies for employment and such other persons as are specified by\n\nthe teacher in writing and shall be subject to disclosure at any\n\nhearing involving a teacher or administrator's dismissal or\n\nnonrenewal from employment. Data collected pursuant to Section 6-\n\n101.10 shall be available to authorized representatives of the State\n\nDepartment of Education and its contracting designees who must be\n\ncontractually bound to the Department to maintain confidentiality of\n\nall information received from the Department when such evaluation\n\ndata is used by the Department for data collection/analysis purposes\n\nunder the Oklahoma Teacher and Leader Effectiveness Evaluation\n\nSystem, and such other persons as are specified by the teacher in\n\nwriting and shall be subject to disclosure at any hearing involving\n\na teacher or administrator's dismissal or nonrenewal from\n\nemployment.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"eed0164559ca690ca0e5f4bb3e61b1a78111b0cfc6acf736ff862fcc8f3bd99a","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-6-101.10","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-6-101.13"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
