An administrator shall be dismissed or not reemployed,\n\nunless a presidential or gubernatorial pardon has been issued, if\n\nduring the term of employment such administrator is convicted in\n\nthis state, the United States or another state of:\n\n1. Any sex offense subject to the Sex Offenders Registration\n\nAct in this state or subject to another state's or the federal sex\n\noffender registration provisions; or\n\n2. Any felony offense.\n\nB. An administrator may be dismissed, refused employment or not\n\nreemployed after a finding that such person has engaged in criminal\n\nsexual activity or sexual misconduct that has impeded the\n\neffectiveness of the individual's performance of school duties.
