Stat. tit. 70, § 70-6-101.8","heading":"Restrictions on attorneys involved in due process","body":"hearings.\n\nAn attorney, representative, or other designee of the school\n\ndistrict who has represented or represents a school district or the\n\nadministration of a school district at a hearing held for the\n\npurpose of affording due process rights and requirements for an\n\nadministrator as provided for in Section 6-101.13 of Title 70 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes, a teacher as provided for in Section 6-101.26 of\n\nTitle 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or a support employee as provided\n\nfor in Section 6-101.46 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes or who\n\nhas been involved or participated in any prehearing actions of the\n\nschool district with respect to a recommendation for the termination\n\nof employment or nonreemployment of an administrator, teacher, or\n\nsupport employee shall not:\n\n1. Conduct or preside as the hearing officer or judge at a due\n\nprocess hearing or hearings; and\n\n2.
