There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Office of Management and Enterprise Services to be\n\ndesignated the “Education Employee Paid Maternity Leave Revolving\n\nFund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services from state\n\nappropriations. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Office\n\nof Management and Enterprise Services for the purpose of reimbursing\n\nagencies for expenses related to providing paid maternity leave as\n\nprovided for in subsection B of this section. Expenditures from the\n\nfund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer\n\nagainst claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and\n\npayment.\n\nB. The Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education,\n\nState Department of Rehabilitation Services, the Department of\n\nCorrections, and the Office of Juvenile Affairs shall file claims\n\nwith the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for reimbursement of expenses related to providing eligible\n\nemployees with paid maternity leave as provided for in Section 1 of\n\nthis act.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"5ce8aba83c939d0fd0d0c0d8c640678d1c6d3c2ff78b7fefab46c7e84f7cc2cd","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-6-104.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-6-104.5"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
