There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the State Board of Education to be designated the “Public\n\nSchool Paid Maternity Leave Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the State Board of Education from\n\nstate appropriations. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund\n\nare hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nState Board of Education for the purpose of reimbursing school\n\ndistricts for expenses related to providing paid maternity leave as\n\nprovided for in subsection B of this section. Expenditures from the\n\nfund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer\n\nagainst claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and\n\npayment.\n\nB.
