Stat. tit. 70, § 70-6-115","heading":"Information concerning student - Violation","body":"It shall be unlawful for any teacher to reveal any information\n\nconcerning a student obtained by the teacher in their capacity as a\n\nteacher except as may be required in the performance of the\n\ncontractual duties of the teacher or as otherwise required by law.\n\nThe information may be provided to the parent or guardian of the\n\nstudent upon request or as otherwise required by law.
