The State Board of Education shall issue a two-year\n\nprovisional certificate in the area of severe-profound disabilities\n\nto any individual who has:\n\n1. Obtained a standard certificate in the area of mild-moderate\n\ndisabilities;\n\n2. Been recommended for a certificate in the area of severe-\n\nprofound disabilities by a school district board of education; and\n\n3. Submitted an application and payment of the required\n\ncertification fee.\n\nB. An individual who completes the requirements of subsection A\n\nof this section may be eligible to receive a standard certificate in\n\nthe area of severe-profound disabilities upon completion of:\n\n1. A micro-credentialing program in the area of severe-profound\n\ndisabilities approved by the State Board of Education. The micro-\n\ncredentialing program shall include competencies described in\n\nSection 6-187 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes; or\n\n2.
