The State Board of Education shall grant an Alternative\n\nPlacement teaching certificate to any person:\n\n1. Who meets the eligibility requirements for the Troops to\n\nTeachers program operated by the United States Department of Defense\n\nand managed by the Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education\n\nSupport (DANTES); and\n\n2. Who meets the requirements set forth in Section 6-122.3 of\n\nTitle 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB.
