Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by Section 1\n\nof Enrolled Senate Bill No. 14 of the 1st Session of the 56th\n\nOklahoma Legislature, for Oklahoma License to Educate license plates\n\nshall be deposited to the Oklahoma Teacher Recruitment Revolving\n\nFund created in subsection B of this section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the State Department of Education to be designated the\n\n\"Oklahoma Teacher Recruitment Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the State Department of Education\n\npursuant to the provisions of subsection A of this section and any\n\ndonations, grants and gifts from any public or private source. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the State Department of\n\nEducation for the purpose of operating teacher recruitment programs.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the\n\nState Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"c185f91cc6242afe5fb76dff14f290672de8da74a032577e5d3d7f815f1346bf","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-6-131","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-6-133"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
