In any civil action or proceeding against a school or an\n\neducation employee, the court may award costs and reasonable\n\nattorney fees to the prevailing party. In any civil action or\n\nproceeding by or between any education employee and a school or\n\nother education employee, the provisions of this section shall not\n\napply.\n\nB.
