Stat. tit. 70, § 70-6-187C","heading":"Teaching Certification Scholarship Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of Educational Quality and Accountability to be\n\ndesignated the \"Teaching Certification Scholarship Revolving Fund\".\n\nThe fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the Office\n\nof Educational Quality and Accountability from the Legislature and\n\nany donations, grants and gifts from any public or private source.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Office of\n\nEducational Quality and Accountability for the purpose of\n\nimplementing the Teaching Certification Scholarship Program.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the\n\nState Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8024930a4d809b273791596e0ce6fa70554fed29f3d1b6b6cbbb4bbdc2595b0a","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-6-187b","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-6-187d"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
