Stat. tit. 70, § 70-6-191","heading":"Revolving fund","body":"Until July 1, 1998, there is created in the State Treasury a\n\nrevolving fund for the State Board of Education, to be designated\n\nthe \"Teachers' Curriculum Examination Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall consist of curriculum examination fees paid to the Board\n\npursuant to statutory authority. The revolving fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations and shall be\n\nunder the control and management of the administrative authority of\n\nthe State Board of Education. Expenditures from said fund shall be\n\nmade to maintain the curriculum examination process as set out in\n\nthis act. Warrants for expenditure shall be drawn by the State\n\nTreasurer on claims signed by an authorized employee or employees of\n\nthe State Board of Education and approved by the Director of the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services.\n\nOn July 1, 1997, the State Board of Education shall transfer any\n\nunencumbered funds in the Teachers' Curriculum Examination Revolving\n\nFund to the Teachers' Competency Examination Revolving Fund. Any\n\nfunds which are unexpended on January 1, 1998, shall be transferred\n\nto the Teachers' Competency Examination Revolving Fund. On July 1,\n\n1997, there shall be created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Commission for Teacher Preparation, to be\n\ndesignated the \"Teachers' Competency Examination Revolving Fund\".\n\nThe fund shall consist of all monies received by the Commission from\n\ncompetency examination fees paid pursuant to statutory authority.\n\nThe revolving fund shall be a continuing fund not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations and shall be under the control and management of\n\nthe administrative authority of the Oklahoma Commission for Teacher\n\nPreparation. Expenditures from said fund shall be made to maintain\n\nthe competency examination process set out in the Oklahoma Teacher\n\nPreparation Act.
