Stat. tit. 70, § 70-6-194.2","heading":"Scholarships for attending Great Expectations Summer","body":"Institutes for Teachers.\n\nA. Beginning with the 1997-98 school year, the State Board of\n\nEducation shall award scholarships to public school districts who\n\nwish to have teachers and administrators from certain school sites\n\nattend the Great Expectations Summer Institutes for Teachers offered\n\nby an institution within The Oklahoma State System of Higher\n\nEducation. Any school district applying for a scholarship for\n\nteachers and administrators from a school site which is currently,\n\nor has been, identified as a school in need of improvement pursuant\n\nto the provisions of Section 1210.541 of this title for any of the\n\nprevious three (3) school years, shall be given priority for receipt\n\nof such scholarship. Scholarships shall be awarded based on the\n\namount of funds allocated to the State Department of Education for\n\nsuch purpose.\n\nB.
