As funds are available, the State Department of Education in\n\nconsultation with the Office of Educational Quality and\n\nAccountability shall administer an induction program for teachers\n\nwhich shall be approved by the State Board of Education. Beginning\n\nwith the 2015-2016 school year, each school district shall\n\nparticipate in the induction program. The program shall include,\n\nbut not be limited to:\n\n1. Guidance to school districts for successful induction\n\nprograms;\n\n2. Training for school districts to include the selection,\n\nfunction and duties of mentors; and\n\n3. Resources for appropriate professional development, support,\n\nmentorship and coaching for the inductee and mentors.\n\nB. The induction program training shall be completed at a\n\nfrequency as determined by the board of education.\n\nC.
