Stat. tit. 70, § 70-6-204.3","heading":"Education Leadership Oklahoma Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Commission for Teacher Preparation to be designated\n\nthe \"Education Leadership Oklahoma Revolving Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of all monies appropriated or transferred to the fund\n\nby the Legislature. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund\n\nare hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nOklahoma Commission for Teacher Preparation to provide assistance\n\nand scholarships for candidates seeking National Board\n\ncertification.
