Stat. tit. 70, § 70-6-204.4","heading":"Oklahoma National Board Certification Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Board of Education to be designated the \"Oklahoma\n\nNational Board Certification Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies appropriated or transferred to the fund by the\n\nLegislature. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the State\n\nBoard of Education to provide an annual bonus for those teachers\n\npossessing National Board certification. Expenditures from the fund\n\nshall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against\n\nclaims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services for approval and payment. The\n\nState Board of Education shall transfer all funds deposited into the\n\nOklahoma National Board Certification Revolving Fund for the fiscal\n\nyear ending June 30, 1998, to the Education Leadership Oklahoma\n\nRevolving Fund, created in Section 6-204.3 of this title, less\n\nexpenditures and encumbrances as adjusted by transfer on July 1,\n\n1998.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"fc1ba9ad38a1da6581e601087d30671ebaa996d4b41a836e4e4bbd605465c180","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-6-204.3","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-6-204.5"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
